The Schedule

This is the schedule I’m using for the Chicago Marathon 2014.  My first goal is to get through training healthy and happy–not feeling run down, overwhelmed, or regretful of taking on this challenge.  If that goes well, I’ve got a secondary goal of running the race under 4:30.  And maybe, just maybe, there’s a third goal lurking in the back of my mind of beating a certain someone…whose name may appear in the title of this blog…
